Depending on what works for you, the Orb can run self-serve, with on-site staff we provide, or with your own team — and hosts who staff the Orb themselves earn additional revenue per verification. No. There's no setup fee, no monthly fee, no equipment cost. CELLIOT provides the Orb, signage, and ongoing operations support. You contribute space, choose how the Orb is staffed, and work with us on an offer for your customers.
You choose from three options. Self-serve: the Orb operates on its own and customers verify themselves through the World App — no staff required. CELLIOT-staffed: we bring our own on-site team to pitch passersby and walk people through verification. Host-staffed: your own team runs the Orb, and you earn additional revenue per verification. We'll discuss which model fits your business during the site visit.

Yes — the offer is what brings verified humans through your door. We work with you to design something that feels genuinely valuable to your customers: a free item, a discount on something they were already going to buy, or a complimentary add-on. The goal is an offer that's a no-brainer for the customer and works for your business. We cover the cost of the offer — fully or partially depending on the location — so you're not absorbing it out of pocket. Every arrangement is a little different; we find what makes sense for the customer, for you, and for the network.
The Orb does not store images. It processes locally and produces an anonymous cryptographic proof that the person is a unique human. Full privacy details are published at world.org/privacy.
Our agreement is month-to-month and either side can end it with written notice. We invest in setup because we want long-term partnerships, but we don't lock anyone in.
